How FansVARdict works
1 · Record or upload. Drop in a video or audio file of your match analysis — a recording of you breaking a game down. Your file never leaves your browser; everything happens on your device.
2 · Get the words. Transcribe the recording with the built-in browser AI, paste a transcript you already have, or type one. Add timestamps like [00:42] to control exactly when each moment lands in the video.
3 · Analyse. The studio reads every sentence and recognises the football in it: building from the back, pressing, turnovers, counter attacks, passing moves, goals, offsides, VAR checks, cards, set pieces — and possession figures however you say them: "75%", "seventy five percent", even "sixty percent of the ball". It respects negatives too: "he was not offside" triggers nothing.
4 · Watch it become pictures. Every moment gets its broadcast graphic on the animated pitch: the possession bar, the offside line drawn at the last defender, the VAR review frame with the referee at the monitor, goal and card graphics, corner and free-kick setups. Two extra views — Match momentum and Match timeline — are built from your words across the whole game.
5 · Export. Play it back and export the finished analysis video (WebM, with your audio) in landscape, or vertical 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
Live studio. The second tab is for watching a match live: the same graphics, driven by your voice or typed commands, from a library of 400 football instructions — plus recording, so the live show becomes a video too.
The honesty rule. FansVARdict only shows what your words say. It never invents statistics: pressing alone never counts as winning the ball, and any match data you import is labelled Supplied data, never presented as verified tracking.
1 · Upload recorded commentary
Your recording stays in your browser. Automatic speech transcription uses an optional downloadable browser AI model; its first download may be large and requires internet. You can instead paste a transcript for immediate analysis.
Type your own team name to analyse any side — a school team, a Sunday-league team, your 7v7. The name replaces the club in team recognition, graphics and shirt colours. Clear the box to go back to the club list.
Player recognition · optional lineups
Enter up to 11 player names per team, separated by commas, in goalkeeper-to-attack order. Names are not guessed. Spoken player names are matched only against your entries.
CSV columns: team, position, name — position is a slot 1–11 (1 = goalkeeper) or a label such as GK, CB, CM, ST. Team may be home/away or the selected team name. Positions 1–11. Existing names will be replaced for imported teams.
For passing, say “Player A passes to Player B”. The ball travels between their assigned positions when both names are recognised.
Match data · source-verified
Enter a trusted source URL and optional verified match data. This version does not claim automatic access to league databases. Data is displayed only when supplied.
JSON fields: home, away, homeLineup, awayLineup, stats (possessionHome, shotsHome, shotsAway, passesHome, passesAway). Values are not generated.

2 · Transcript and timing
For precise synchronisation, start lines with a timestamp such as [00:05] or [00:05.5]. Without timestamps, lines are distributed across the video. Edit any mistakes before analysing.
🎙 Audio narration · built-in voices (nothing to download)
Type or paste your narration script and the browser reads it aloud with its own voices — no audio files, no model downloads, nothing to fetch each time. Use it to hear your script while you preview or record. On phones, voices come from the device (Chrome/Android and Safari/iOS provide them built in).
Narration ready. Tip: “Use transcript text” pulls your Panel 2 transcript in and removes the [00:00] timestamps automatically.
3 · Preview generated video
Export records the canvas with the original video's audio when browser permissions and codecs allow. For audio-only files, the generated pitch fills the frame. Keep this tab active while exporting.
🏆 League Centre · table, fixtures & results
Live league data loaded straight into the Studio from ESPN — nothing to download. Pick a league, then Table, Fixtures or Results.
League Centre ready.
Press League table to load the standings.
Data: ESPN. Table shows played, won, drawn, lost, goals for/against, goal difference and points, with the colour bar marking European places and relegation where the league provides it.
🎨 Card Studio · matchday & full-time cards
Design your Finelo cards right here: a Matchday card for the fixture, or a Full-time result card when the match is done. Pick a match from the League Centre feed to fill everything in, or type it yourself — then download the PNG at full size for your videos and posts.
Card Studio ready — press Render card.
Club crests load from the same ESPN feed as the League Centre. If a crest is ever blocked, the card draws the club initials in a badge instead — it still looks clean.
🎙 Live Voice Studio — V7.1 engine, built in
The full live studio runs here in the same app: voice commands, camera, scene buttons, possession by half, the 400-command catalogue and typed command runner. Home/away team names set in Upload & Analyse are used here automatically. Switching back to Upload & Analyse stops and releases the live camera, microphone and voice recognition.
